With a rich and varied background in communication, marketing, digital, corporate social responsibility (CSR) and events at a number of companies, I joined Edenred several years ago with one ambition: to put all my expertise at the service of retailers. Since then, as Merchant Communication Manager, I have fully focused on supporting our partner retailers, for whom Edenred has established itself as a trusted ally on a daily basis. Convinced that authentic relationships between retailers, consumers and clients are the key to sustainable and human business operations, I work to strengthen these vital connections. It is through communication centred on their real needs that I help Edenred embody its purpose: “Enrich connections. For good.” By enhancing the user experience and facilitating discussion, my objective is to provide lasting daily support to partner retailers, while helping to create a positive impact for all the stakeholders in our ecosystem.
