How does reimbursement work at Edenred for electronic vouchers?
Merchants who are partners in the Edenred Luxembourg electronic network have the advantage of being automatically reimbursed within 5 business days.

All refunds for transactions paid with electronic vouchers issued by Edenred Luxembourg are made automatically by transfer to the bank account indicated in the contract. Have you changed your bank account
On which payment terminals does the Edenred card work?
The new, red Edenred card created in association with Mastercard has the advantage of being compatible with all the payment terminals on the market, as well as with all e-commerce websites.

If you already accept Mastercard on your terminal, you can therefore automatically accept the new Edenred card too
