  • Check the following three points via your Employer Space in the ‘Latest orders’ tab:

    If the order has been finalized over 10 working days ago, please contact us through the web form. We are happy to help you.

  • If your employee’s card is lost or has been stolen, your employee has to block his card himself online through his personal webspace <span><a href=”http://www.myedenred.lu/”>MyEdenred.lu</a></span>.
    Next, the card will be unusable. Attention, this process is irreversible.
    You, as his employer, next have to validate the order for the replacement card in your customer web space on <span><a href=”http://www.myedenred.lu/”>http://www.myedenred.lu/</a></span>.
    The new card will be made from the moment the payment has been done.
    The validity of the electronic vouchers will be prolonged with 10 working days and the available balance will be automatically linked to the new card.

  • Through your customer webspace you can (according to the role that is assigned you) use the following functions:
