    • How are my reimbursements processed?

      Transactions recorded via the Edenred scheme will be reimbursed to the bank account specified in the contract within five working days, less the percentage of service fee agreed at the time of signing the contract.

      Transactions recorded via the Mastercard scheme will be reimbursed by your acquirer (generally your bank), in accordance with the terms of your contract. Edenred will then invoice you for service fee. Please pay your invoices by the due date shown.

    • What terminals does Edenred work on?

      Edenred cards created in association with Mastercard have the advantage of being compatible with all the payment terminals on the market, as well as with all e-commerce websites.

    • Why am I receiving invoices from Edenred?

      You may receive invoices from Edenred when certain transactions are processed via the Mastercard scheme, particularly in the case of mobile payments.

      In this case, the process differs from the standard Edenred scheme:

      • Edenred still authorizes the transaction;
      • however, the transaction reimbursement is made by your acquirer in accordance with the terms set out in your contract;
      • the Edenred service fee are therefore not automatically deducted from the reimbursement;
      • they are instead the subject of a separate invoice sent by Edenred.
